Dirk Leeward, President of Franchising
Dirk is a lifelong entrepreneur with a background in information technology and commercial real estate development. He self-funded the first round of outside capital in USA4SALE and is directing the expansion of this successful local company into a national operation. Dirk is an aviator who built one of Florida’s premier fly-in communities. He is also a civic leader who serves on several local boards of directors, including the United Way, Boys and Girls Club of Marion County, the Rotary Club of Ocala Sunset, and Discovery Science Center. Dirk has also chaired the Marion County Planning Commission and was a board member of the Florida Air Museum at Sun-n-Fun.
LuAnne Warren, Vice President of Sales & Training
Few people in the nation possess LuAnne’s depth of experience in local Internet advertising sales. She all but invented “local online advertising” in her core market. Her innovative approach to solution-based selling has served the needs of countless small businesses. She is responsible for the development of our training, sales process and commercial products, and brings matchless determination and enthusiasm to our operation.
Michael Warren, CEO
Michael began his career in journalism and anticipated the shift to online publishing in advance of most of his peers. He brought a contrarian publisher’s viewpoint to online classifieds at a time when computer programmers were the trendsetters. His vision has made USA4SALE the dominant marketplace in his community for more than a decade. Michael is a community leader who serves on the board of directors for several local organizations. He is the author, most recently, of the Local Internet Marketing Handbook.
